These pages are marked up for screen readers and keyboard use:

  • lang="en-GB"
  • One H1 per page (already specified)
  • Form fields have visible labels matching the discovery-survey list (name, phone, email, neighbourhood, property type, wet / flooded / conversion)
  • Neighbourhood options that must stay as text, not colour-only chips: West Lane / Parkwood / Highfield / Lawkholme / Ingrow / Stockbridge / Worth Village / Eastwood / Knowle Park / Utley / other Keighley
  • Property-type options that must stay as text, not colour-only: mill terrace / back-to-back / Worth Valley stone / later house with no cellar / other
  • Do not use colour alone to mark “wet / flooded / conversion”
  • Phone is text (01535 920438), not an image
  • No auto-playing video
  • Target WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Images, when they exist, need real alt text naming mill-terrace front-room access, a back-to-back one-elevation cellar, or Worth Valley stone at Ingrow / Worth Village — not “basement waterproofing stock photo”

Survey visits: Keighley mill-terrace cellars are often a hatch or a steep stair off the front room or kitchen on West Lane, Parkwood or Highfield stock. Back-to-backs on Lawkholme / Highfield have no rear access; kit and people come through the living room. Worth Valley stone at Ingrow / Worth Village can be a tighter stone stair. Say on the form if you need a longer appointment, cannot manage the hatch with us, or need parking time on Lawkholme Lane / West Lane — we will still need to see the room to specify Type C. A later Utley / Guardhouse / Bracken Bank house may have no cellar; say that too so we do not arrive expecting a coal hole.

Contact: 01535 920438 (tel:+441535920438, class .wc-phone). This is a service-area practice with no public office.

There is no staffed public office and no Cavendish Street unit to visit instead of the survey. Work is on the property.
